KRUSH Tech is a new technology company building advanced hardware solutions for defense, aerospace, communications, and autonomous systems. We're launching our U.S. operations from the ground up — and this is a rare opportunity to join at the very beginning and help shape the company from day one.

At KRUSH Tech, we combine the agility of a startup with the ambition to tackle some of the industry's most demanding engineering challenges. Our teams work across disciplines—including RF, embedded systems, electronics, mechanical engineering, software, manufacturing, and supply chain—to transform innovative ideas into reliable, production-ready solutions. We are building a next-generation, vertically integrated aerospace organization focused on advanced uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS), autonomy, sensing technologies, and scalable manufacturing — for the U.S. market and strategic partners.

We are looking for knowledgable Lead Electrical Systems Engineer to build a next-generation, vertically integrated aerospace organization focused on advanced uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS), autonomy, sensing technologies, and scalable manufacturing. You will provide technical leadership for the design, development, integration, and validation of mission-critical electronic systems supporting advanced UAS platforms. This role owns electrical system architecture, guides multidisciplinary hardware development, and leads engineering teams through concept development, prototyping, verification, and production readiness. Working closely with Mechanical, Embedded Software, RF, Manufacturing, and Systems Engineering teams, you will ensure reliable, high-performance electronic systems that meet demanding aerospace and defense requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the Electrical Engineering team, providing technical direction, project oversight, and engineering best practices.
  • Own the electrical system architecture for advanced UAS platforms, including digital, analog, power electronics, and embedded hardware.
  • Drive hardware development from concept through prototype validation and production release, ensuring designs meet performance, reliability, cost, and manufacturability objectives.
  • Lead technical design reviews, engineering assessments, root-cause investigations, and complex technical decision-making across multiple projects.
  • Define hardware validation strategies, test plans, and acceptance criteria, analyze simulation and test results, and determine product readiness for successive development phases.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Mechanical, Embedded Software, RF, Quality, and Systems Engineering teams to ensure seamless hardware integration and production readiness.
  • Support recruitment, technical interviews, and development of a high-performing engineering organization while driving continuous improvement in engineering methodologies and processes.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, with 6+ years of experience designing complex electronic systems for aerospace, robotics, defense, or other high-reliability products.
  • Proven expertise in digital electronics, including UART, SPI, I²C, RS-485, USB 2.0, Ethernet, LVDS, analog circuit design, signal integrity, power electronics, and EMC-compliant hardware design.
  • Strong experience designing multi-rail power architectures, power conversion systems, analog front ends, ADCs, DACs, amplifiers, filters, low-noise circuitry, and hardware validation using laboratory test equipment.
  • Experience performing circuit simulation, hardware debugging, failure analysis, and product verification throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Working knowledge of RF hardware principles, IPC standards, and design-for-manufacturing (DFM) and design-for-test (DFT) practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams, make complex technical decisions, mentor engineers, and deliver products from prototype through production.
Nice To Have
  • Experience developing electronics for UAS, aerospace, defense, robotics, or autonomous systems.
  • Experience with high-speed PCB design, mixed-signal systems, and mission-critical embedded hardware.
  • Familiarity with Altium Designer, LTspice, TINA-TI, Multisim, Proteus, Jira, Confluence, Git, and modern hardware development workflows.
  • Experience supporting qualification, certification, and transition to high-volume manufacturing.
What Success Looks Like
  • Delivery of robust, production-ready electronic systems that meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability targets.
  • High-quality electrical architectures with successful system integration and low field failure rates.
  • Timely execution of development milestones while effectively managing technical risk.
  • Continuous improvement of engineering processes, product quality, and development efficiency.
  • Development of a technically strong, high-performing Electrical Engineering team.
  • Health Care Plan
  • Retirement Plan
  • Paid Time Off
  • Family Leave
  • Free Food & Snacks
