Hand & Stone is looking for an experienced Lead Esthetician to join our team. This is the perfect opportunity for a high-performing esthetician who loves skin care, thrives in a leadership role, and wants to help develop the next generation of estheticians.

You'll have access to advanced services including LED Phototherapy, Neveskin, Hydrafacials, ProPen, NuFACE Microcurrent, Chemical Peels, and Microdermabrasion, while working in a supportive environment focused on results, education, and career growth.

What You'll Do

Lead and support the Esthetics Team
Coach estheticians on performance, retail, and client retention
Drive service and retail sales growth
Assist with training, onboarding, and team development
Monitor inventory and treatment supplies
Deliver exceptional facial and skin care services
Partner with Spa Management on goals, events, and team success

What We're Looking For

Licensed Esthetician
Strong retail and upgrade sales performance
Experience with advanced skin care treatments
Natural leader with coaching and training abilities
Positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed
