This position requires a dependable, clean-cut professional who can work independently, communicate effectively with customers, and help lead restoration teams through successful project completion.Ā Ā Previous experience supervising teams or managing restoration projects is preferred.Ā Tools, equipment and PPE provided (candidate must have work boots).Ā
š Working Location: Greater Austin, TX. area
š° Pay Range: $26hr - $33hr (depending on experience)
š Base hours/Schedule: M - F, 8am - 5pm, +OT (also on-call rotation)

Responsibilities:Ā
- Perform water, fire, and mold restoration services in residential and commercial environments
- Lead or assist crews on mitigation and restoration projects
- Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Document job details, moisture readings, photos, and project updates using industry software
- Set up and monitor drying equipment and containment systems
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, vehicles, and equipment
- Participate in rotating on-call/weekend coverage schedules
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices
- Minimum of 3 years of restoration experience in water, fire, or mold remediation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and represent the company professionally
- Ability to work independently and lead projects or crews when needed
- Valid driverās license with a clean driving record
