Our Core Values- Forward Thinking, Collaborative, Service Oriented  Job Summary The AHFH Chief Impact Officer (CIO) is a crucial leadership figure tasked with steering our organization toward positive programmatic outcomes. The CIO spearheads the strategic development and oversight of AHFH programs ensuring they align with our mission of providing safe and affordable housing to the five counties AHFH serves. By acting as the integrator for real estate, design, construction, client services, and Affordable home sales, the CIO provides lead-ership and guidance to multiple teams to ensure the strategic vision of the or-ganization is carried out efficiently. By integrating these initiatives into the broader AHFH strategy, the CIO plays a pivotal role in translating the organization’s mission into concrete actions that contribute to addressing housing challenges and fostering positive community development.  Agency Expectations •   Acts as a role model within and outside the Agency •   Maintains a positive and respectful attitude •   Works in collaboration with supervisor to determine and carry out departmental over-sight and organizational strategic goals •   Demonstrates self-motivation, flexibility and efficient time management  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership •   Lead, Manage, and hold accountable Real Estate & Planning, Construction, Client Services, Home Repair, and HomeBase departments. •   Develop and track production based metrics Integration of Impact Across all Departments •   Incorporate impact considerations into decision-making processes and operations working collaboratively with cross-functional teams •   Provide guidance and support in regards to integrating impact goals into the strategies and activities of assigned departments Planning •   Develop and implement a comprehensive impact strategy aligned with the AHFH mission, vision and strategic plan •   Identify key areas where AHFH can have a meaningful programmatic impact and set measurable objectives to track progress Stakeholder Engagement •   Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for collective impact and sustainable growth •   Act as spokesperson for the organization’s impact initiatives, communicating progress, challenges and successes both internally and externally. •   Prepare regular reporting on impact performance for all stakeholders. Compliance and Risk Management •   Identify potential risks and opportunities related to impact initiatives and develop mitigation strategies •   Foster a culture of ethical behavior and responsible business practices throughout the organization.  QualificationsMINIMUM EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS •   BA/BS plus 10+ years leadership experience in either Real Estate, Construction and/or Client Services •   Strong cultural competence and history of working effectively with diverse teams to meet goals and increase organizational performance •   Exceptional attention to detail and quality control •   Compelling leadership presence with a track record of working effectively with teams and other members of Senior Leadership Team •   Experience of expanding and cultivating relationships in the real estate and construction in-dustry  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
