Install, maintain, and troubleshoot low voltage systems including security, audio, and data networks.
Conduct site surveys and assess customer needs for low voltage solutions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
Document all installations and service calls accurately.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in low voltage technology.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during all installations.
Assist in training new technicians on best practices and company standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Low Voltage Technician or similar role.
Knowledge of low voltage systems and cabling standards.
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications in low voltage systems preferred.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
