Lubricant Billing Specialist

Job DetailsJob Location: Austin, TX 78744Salary Range: $24.00 - $25.00 HourlyJob Summary   The Lubricant Billing Specialist is responsible for billing all lubricant deliveries including national account lubricant sales, dock transactions, and reconciling payments. They are the direct contact for customer issues and questions regarding national account and house account lubricant and dock billing.   Duties/Responsibilities – Daily Billing Examine paperwork to ensure accuracy before updating sales orders that include date, customer, ship to, product, pricing Examine negative inventory reports and send to appropriate personnel to correct before updating Examine gross profit reports to check for profits outside of parameters Reconcile payments for national accounts Address recurring billing issues with appropriate supervisors Duties/Responsibilities – Customer Service Customer contact for any national account invoicing issues including Pricing, products, credit/rebill QualificationsMinimum Qualifications Flexibility to be a TEAM PLAYER and participate in efforts that are needed to benefit the company and accomplish unscheduled necessary projects and tasks. Ability to clearly communicate with coworkers and customers High attention to detail and willingness to be diligent on issues Solid judgement along with decision making skills Exceptional time management and organizational skills License and vehicle to drive to and from work Limited travel Required Skills/Abilities Billing experience Computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, and in-house accounting software Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
