Montessori Toddler Assistant Guide

Ladybird Montessori School is located on 14.5 acres in Buda, TX. We are an American Montessori Society (AMS) accredited school. All of our Lead Guides, in each classroom, are Montessori Certified. Our school is nature based and has numerous playgrounds and we have a farm with chickens, goats, and outdoor classroom spaces!

The Young Children's Community (toddler classroom) serves children from 18 months-3 years of age. The position requires a love for children, a proactive work ethic, and respectful communication practices. This is a great position for a child development, or an education major, who is wanting to build resume experience. It is also great for someone interested in pursuing a career as a Montessori Lead Guide.

We are hiring for 2 different positions:
Monday-Friday from 7:00am- 3:30pm M-F
Monday-Friday from 10:00am-6:30pm M-F

Compensation: $16.00-$18.50/hour DOE plus health benefits after 90 days of employment.

-At least 18 years of age
-High school diploma, or GED
-CPR/First Aid Certified
-Fingerprint Background Check

-At least one year of experience working with children from 18 months-3 years in age.

-Willingness to learn the Montessori philosophies of education and have a peaceful and respectful communication style with the students, co-workers, and parents.
