Now, we're hiring full-time Outside Sales Reps to join us in Austin, MN and help us continue to help people around the community! This is a great entry-level opportunity to brush up on your sales skills and learn effective new strategies while positively impacting local customers. The expected hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with some Saturdays as needed (9:00 am to 2:00 pm).

Asking prospective customers about their remodeling/restoration needs and promoting our incredible services
Climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
Answering questions, addressing concerns, and booking service appointments
Managing your time effectively and providing professional customer service
Tracking your sales success digitally
Always striving to do better and sell more the next day

OUTSIDE SALES REP MUST-HAVES:

18+ years of age
Valid driver's license
Good driving record
Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed
