We’re looking for a dedicated Insulation Inspector who also brings advisory and consultative experience to join our growing team! This unique role is ideal for someone who understands the importance of inspection, problem-solving, and clear communication with clients. Compensation:
Find stability and opportunity, earning commission with a draw and unlimited earnings ranging from $120,000 to $180,000+ based on your performance. Add in medical, dental, and vision coverage plus a 401K plan—all provided under a W-2 umbrella. That’s not all! We offer a company vehicle, cell phone reimbursement and President’s Club trips that have taken employees to Alaska, Hawaii, Panama and beyond!Â
