How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Execute End-to-End Physician Contract Workflows: Manage the full lifecycle of physician agreements—including employment contracts, clinical amendments, call coverage, and independent contractor agreements—from drafting and routing to execution and archiving.

  • Audit and Review Legal Language & Terms: Carefully review contract terms, compensation structures, and scope of work details to ensure absolute accuracy and alignment with approved organizational templates and legal standards.

  • Command Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Systems: Maintain, update, and audit the physician contract database, ensuring accurate metadata entry, tracking expiration dates, and managing timely renewal notifications.

  • Drive Cross-Functional Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a central, highly professional liaison between Physician Leadership, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Provider Onboarding to resolve bottlenecks and expedite contract execution.

  • Navigate Rapid Operational Pivots: Rapidly adapt to changing executive priorities, urgent contract revisions, and high-volume recruiting surges while maintaining uncompromised attention to detail.

  • Ensure Regulatory & Documentation Compliance: Verify that all executed agreements maintain full supporting documentation, proper executive approvals, and adherence to healthcare compliance policies.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional requirements you'll need

  • Proven Contract Literacy: Deep, functional understanding of contract structure, legal language, and execution workflows (direct background in healthcare or physician contracts is strongly preferred).

  • High-Acuity Database & Technical Agility: Hands-on experience managing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) databases, setting up automated tracking systems, and maintaining high data accuracy.

  • Fast-Paced Multitasking & Priority Command: Exceptional organizational skills to manage carry-over worklists, high-volume email queues, and competing project deadlines effortlessly.

  • Proactive & Quick-Learning Mindset: A highly dependable, agile self-starter who learns systems rapidly, anticipates contract expiration timelines, and pivots quickly when priorities change.

  • Elite Professional Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with health system leadership, legal counsel, and physician stakeholders.
