A day in the life
You're making sure every team member, from onboarding to offboarding, gets the right information, through the right channels, when they need it. You take ever-changing labor laws across the US, Canada, and the UK and turn them into implementation plans that actually work.
Most of your time is spent researching new regulations, aligning with international partners on timing, building playbooks for how laws get communicated, and managing Labor Law Poster programming. You also author and contribute to policy templates for dynamic audiences across 3 countries.
Beyond the usual? You'll manage supporting resources, vendor partnerships, and jump into cross-functional strategic projects.
