About the Job
Taulia is looking for a Product Owner to help us create world class solutions that help every business thrive by liberating cash locked in the financial supply chain.
Tauila delivers innovative invoicing and receivables financing solutions that enable our customers to achieve their working capital and cash management goals. In this role, you will help define and execute on the product vision for our integration to customers running on multiple accounting platforms, helping grow the Taulia network exponentially across businesses of all sizes.
You will have a major impact on the growth of the company by working closely with peers across product, engineering, and customer success. Each Product Owner at Taulia has primary responsibility for distinct components - while working in a highly collaborative environment to evolve our platform and deliver value to our clients. Your success will be measured by delivering on commitments, exceeding client expectations, and doing both with integrity and respect for internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Manage tasks and work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and engineering counterparts to build scalable, compliant enterprise products.

Partner with engineers and the business to become a domain expert in core platform services and compliance products.

Own the product backlog for document lifecycle and compliance domains end-to-end: roadmap, prioritisation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.

Lead product initiatives to ensure the platform meets evolving global regulatory and compliance standards.

Write clear, detailed product specifications for new features to unblock your engineering team and enable them to execute.

Articulate user stories, create API specifications and mockups, and identify metrics for those new features.
- Write complete documentation and provide enablement to internal stakeholders to increase product adoption.

Understand and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core platform capabilities, search functionality, and related compliance products.

Understand how Taulia Working Capital solutions deliver value to customers and ensure the development of both incremental and net-new value.

Write complete documentation and provide enablement to internal stakeholders to increase product adoption and ensure smooth rollouts of new architectural changes.

Develop meaningful business objectives and metrics to measure your progress and feature success.

Be a strong voice for your team, communicating feature releases and managing expectations with stakeholders across the company.

Support the rollout of new solutions or features, including stakeholder communication and training.

Partner with engineering on technical tradeoffs that have product consequences (e.g., framework upgrades, system modernization) and represent those tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required
- 4+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager on platform, invoicing, or compliance-driven products in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Deep domain expertise in document lifecycle management and global compliance regulations
- Experience driving discovery and prioritisation on work where the requirement originates from compliance, legal, or a partner organisation.
- Solid technical literacy. You can translate complex architectural requirements into product value and partner with engineering to ensure technical decisions deliver the best experience for our customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to drive results in a global, distributed environment by collaborating effectively across multiple time zones and stakeholders
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, supply chain finance, or enterprise B2B is strongly preferred.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA integration, SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), SAP Business Network, SAP Ariba, or other SAP procure-to-pay / order-to-cash products.

Compensation & Pay Transparency: SAP Taulia believes that pay transparency contributes to an honest, supportive culture and is a vital part of our commitment to equity. The estimated annualized base salary range for this position is $140,000.00 - $150,000.00.
This range represents a good faith estimate of the base salary at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate’s specific skills, depth of experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
