PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

Pay Rate: New Hire Rate $23.30/hr. for first 90 days, $23.30/hr. up to $27.73/hr.- plus $0.30 shift differential

Shift: Hourly Full-Time. 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Physical Location: 1900 8^th Street NE – Austin, MN 55912

The Job You Will Perform:

Safe manufacturing procedures
Operating fast paced machinery
Inspecting, counting and stacking finished product
Reading manufacturing orders
Accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other test equipment
Utilizing basic shop math
Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
Clean-up functions such as blowing down machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming, sweeping machine area as well as picking up and shredding scrap
