| (30%) Responsible for reviewing weekly files uploaded by DPS and ensure the received documents are then uploaded into the correct referral individualās file. If documents are missing, contacts the client and requests the required documents. Sends a corresponding deficiency letter to the client. Coordinates, monitors, and plans for client review process. Responsible for tracking the status of the review packet and readiness of the referral packet for the physician review board. Return packets to DPS if client does not provide complete documentation within 90 days. | Ā |
