Job DetailsJob Location: HKG Austin Store - Austin, TX 78719Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 Salary/yearJob description HKG Duty Free Austin or San Antonio Texas HKG Duty Free, part of the Ariva Group, is seeking an experienced Regional Retail Manager to oversee our Airport Duty Free operations in Texas.   This role will lead high-volume retail locations specializing in premium perfumes & fragrances, liquor & spirits, and tobacco products within a fast-paced airport environment. The ideal candidate understands luxury retail, high-ticket sales, inventory control, and regulatory compliance in duty-free operations.   Key Responsibilities Store Operations Ensure smooth daily operations across airport retail locations Oversee merchandising and inventory control of premium fragrance, spirits, and tobacco categories Supervise bonded merchandise in compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, including inventory tracking and reporting Conduct cycle counts, audits, and enforce loss prevention standards Sales & Profitability Drive revenue growth across high-margin categories including luxury perfumes, liquor, and tobacco Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs Analyze sales trends and forecast performance Implement promotional strategies and product displays aligned with corporate initiatives Customer Experience Maintain exceptional customer service standards in a fast-paced, travel retail environment Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and airport retail regulations Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop store managers and sales teams Conduct performance evaluations and ongoing training Foster a results-driven, customer-focused culture Financial Oversight Manage regional budgets and control operational expenses Review inventory, slow-moving stock, and shrinkage reports Maximize profitability while maintaining compliance and operational standards QualificationsQualifications 5+ years of multi-unit retail management experience Experience in airport retail, duty free, luxury retail, or high-volume liquor/fragrance environments preferred Strong understanding of inventory management and high-value product control Proven ability to drive sales performance and profitability Strong leadership and analytical skills Ability to travel as required
