How you'll contribute as an employee of CTRH you will join a team that embodies a culture of teamwork and effective communication, essential for the delivery of patient care. You will work with a team committed to ensure patients receive optimal medical attention and support. As Rehabilitation RN Â you will be responsible for providing direct patient care through assessments, nursing interventions, documentation, and interdisciplinary coordination, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Accurately performs patient assessments and identified patient needs.Â
- Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
- Provides patient and family teaching throughout the rehabilitation stay and prior to discharge.
- Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
- Works cooperatively and actively participates with other members of the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications and requirements:
Education: Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
Licensure: Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
Certifications: CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred. CRRN Preferred
Experience: Minimum of one year RN Experience required and six months’ Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
