We are looking for an experienced Restoration Technician to join our team! You’ll respond to water, fire, mold, and other property damage emergencies—helping restore homes and businesses back to pre-loss condition. This is a field-based role (daily travel within and around the Austin area) requiring reliability, physical endurance, and a commitment to excellent customer service.Â

Responsibilities:Â
- Perform production/restoration process per work order and crew chief instructionsÂ
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipmentÂ
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
- Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearanceÂ
- Communicate openly with crew chief and other techniciansÂ

Qualifications:Â
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in restoration, construction, or related field preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- IICRC WRT/ASD certifications preferred

Physical Requirements :
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
