Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant with experience delivery exceptional service to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.Â

What you will doÂ
Are you excited about delivering the best Sales experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! You will be responsible for assisting the Sales Managers with administrative duties. The Sales Administrative Assistant follows up on leads, coordinates the planning of amenity arrangements, confirms reservations and upgrades. We are looking for someone who is organized, has the ability to multi-task and has strong communication skills. Â
What you bringÂ
Knowledge of Opera and Delphi preferredÂ
Solid working knowledge of all Microsoft applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Publisher requiredÂ
One to two years’ experience working in Sales or Hospitality preferredÂ
Work authorization in the United StatesÂ
