The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, is comfortable handling cash and transactions, and can thrive in a fast-paced airport retail environment. Responsibilities Greet all walk-in customers promptly and provide excellent customer service. Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with customers and coworkers. Operate and balance the cash drawer and complete required transaction paperwork. Finalize sales tickets and ensure all credit card and financial transactions are completed accurately. Organize and file daily sales paperwork. Review transfer and distribution documents for accuracy and completeness and report discrepancies to the Store Manager. Assist with training team members on computer programs and proper paperwork procedures. Maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with company standards. Assist with general store cleaning, including vacuuming and dusting, as needed. Assist with unloading stock deliveries as scheduled and directed. Follow safe work practices to help prevent injuries and protect products and property.     Qualifications Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organization and problem-solving skills. Friendly, positive attitude and ability to work well with a team. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and ability to complete required paperwork. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
