The Role:
BrightWatch is seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representatives to join our growing team and drive our success to new heights! Main Duties:
- Learn our space, the players, the tech, the customers.
- Master our outreach approach and understand what turns a cold prospect into a booked demo.
- Continuously expand and maintain knowledge of the company's products and services, as well as the competitive landscape.
- Identify and target potential customers through a variety of channels, including outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, and in-person events.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
- Identify key stakeholders within target accounts and generate interest in connecting with our Sales Team.
- Articulate a compelling vision and help position BrightWatch distinctly in the minds of prospects while working to overcome early objections.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives with the context and background needed to move deals forward.
- Work closely with Marketing and BrightWatch Leadership to execute outreach campaigns that resonate with our target markets.
- Utilize our CRM system to manage leads, log activities, and maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline.
- Provide regular updates to management on outreach activities, prospect feedback, and market trends.
