Sanitation & Janitorial Crew Member

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Open availability required (between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Janitorial Team Member to support daily cleaning and upkeep across our facility, including the warehouse, offices, restrooms, and exterior areas. We're looking for a detail-oriented, dependable individual who takes pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and well-stocked. This is a full-time position with early morning hours, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties throughout the building

• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break areas, offices, warehouse, parking lot, and green spaces

• Restock supplies (e.g., paper products, soap, cleaning materials) as needed

• Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages

• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety standards

• Support the overall cleanliness and presentation of the facility

• Follow daily and weekly cleaning checklists

Requirements:

• 1 year of janitorial or cleaning experience

• Ability to work a physically demanding schedule (on your feet for extended periods, bending, lifting, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Flexible and willing to take on a variety of cleaning tasks
