Job Title: Segment Marketing Manager, Transportation and Mobility

Primary Location: Austin, TX

Role Summary:

  • Segment Marketing Manager for Transportation and Mobility to help drive global growth for the Secure Connected Edge business line.

  • Lead segment strategy, customer engagement, and go-to-market execution across key transportation and mobility applications.

  • Provide customer and market feedback to help guide future microprocessor, microcontroller, NPU, software, and solution roadmaps.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute global segment strategies that drive revenue growth, design-win momentum, and customer engagement.

  • Translate customer, partner, and market insights into actionable recommendations for product, software, and solution roadmap planning.

  • Create clear segment messaging, solution positioning, and campaign content for sales enablement, digital marketing, events, partner programs, and mass-market channels.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product lines, regional sales, applications teams, and external partners, to align priorities and accelerate adoption.

  • Communicate progress, risks, changes, and recommended actions clearly to stakeholders across multiple customer and ecosystem programs.

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in the semiconductor industry.

  • Experience engaging Transportation and Mobility customers, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to develop business cases, market analysis, segment strategies, and go-to-market plans.

  • Working knowledge of embedded software environments, including Linux and real-time operating systems.

  • Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.

  • Highly organized and action-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities across global, cross-functional teams.

  • Must hold U.S. citizenship.
