Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our finance team and play a hands-on role in the financial operations that keep GigSafe running. This role will help ensure accurate financial records, timely closes and smooth invoicing and payment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting records in QuickBooks

• Prepare daily journal entries

• Support monthly close processes

• Reconcile bank accounts and financial records

• Manage invoicing and accounts receivable tracking

• Assist with financial reporting

• Help improve accounting workflows and internal processes

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of accounting experience

• Strong QuickBooks proficiency

• Experience supporting monthly close

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong communication skills

Preferred

• Experience working in startup, fintech or SaaS environments
