Position Overview

The Senior Product Marketing Manager leads cross-functional go-to-market strategy, product positioning, enterprise messaging, launch execution, partner marketing, and sales enablement for the Gotransverse monetization platform.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role operates at the intersection of Product, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership. The Senior Product Marketing Manager translates complex enterprise billing, usage, mediation, and revenue management capabilities into compelling market narratives and customer value propositions.

This position is based in Austin, Texas, and follows a hybrid schedule requiring employees to work from the office two to three days per week.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing the strategic frameworks, messaging systems, enablement resources, and market-facing content that support product adoption, competitive differentiation, partner alignment, and revenue growth.

Core Resposibilities

Strategic Product Marketing and GTM Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for major platform initiatives, including GT-M Mediation, GT-RM Revenue Manager, vertical solutions, and enterprise monetization capabilities
  • Develop launch strategies, market narratives, value propositions, target personas, and supporting sales materials
  • Coordinate launch planning and execution across Product, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership
  • Translate product capabilities, technical requirements, and roadmap priorities into clear customer and market value
  • Establish launch objectives, deliverables, timelines, ownership, readiness requirements, and post-launch follow-up
  • Align product strategy with customer needs, market opportunities, competitive conditions, and company growth priorities

Positioning, Messaging, and Narrative Development

  • Develop and maintain positioning and messaging frameworks across products, solutions, industries, buyer personas, and partner initiatives
  • Create differentiated narratives for enterprise stakeholders, including Finance, Revenue Operations, Product, Billing Operations, and IT
  • Translate technically complex monetization, billing, usage, mediation, and revenue management concepts into clear business outcomes
  • Ensure consistency across website content, product materials, sales presentations, partner communications, campaigns, and executive messaging
  • Build scalable messaging systems that support product launches, vertical expansion, competitive positioning, and sales conversations
  • Maintain a centralized source of truth for approved product messaging, terminology, value propositions, proof points, and customer outcomes

Product Launch Management

  • Lead the planning and execution of new product, feature, integration, and solution launches
  • Develop launch briefs, messaging guides, internal communications, sales enablement materials, product content, and executive presentations
  • Define target audiences, buyer challenges, use cases, differentiators, proof points, and expected business outcomes
  • Coordinate launch readiness across Product, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and company leadership
  • Ensure internal teams understand what is launching, why it matters, who it serves, and how it should be positioned
  • Evaluate launch performance and incorporate feedback into future product marketing programs

Customer and Market Intelligence

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, buying behavior, operational challenges, and enterprise monetization requirements
  • Conduct customer, prospect, sales, and stakeholder interviews to inform messaging, positioning, product strategy, and enablement
  • Identify emerging market needs, use cases, objections, and adoption barriers
  • Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership
  • Develop buyer personas and buying committee frameworks for Finance, Revenue Operations, Product, IT, Procurement, and executive stakeholders
  • Maintain current knowledge of enterprise billing, usage-based pricing, mediation, revenue recognition, and monetization trends

Competitive Intelligence and Positioning

  • Develop and maintain competitive positioning across enterprise billing, subscription management, usage-based monetization, mediation, and revenue management providers
  • Create battlecards, competitive briefs, objection-handling guides, comparison materials, and sales talking points
  • Identify competitive strengths, weaknesses, market gaps, and differentiation opportunities
  • Equip Sales and Partnerships teams to position Gotransverse effectively against subscription-first, lightweight billing, and legacy enterprise platforms
  • Support competitive opportunities, requests for proposals, executive presentations, and strategic sales pursuits
  • Partner with Product and Sales leadership to refine competitive strategy based on market feedback

Sales Enablement

  • Develop sales enablement materials that help teams communicate Gotransverse value clearly and consistently
  • Create pitch decks, solution briefs, battlecards, discovery guides, objection-handling resources, demo narratives, one-pagers, and executive presentations
  • Develop persona-based messaging for CFOs, Revenue Operations leaders, Product leaders, Billing Operations teams, and enterprise architects
  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and improve product, industry, and competitive readiness
  • Support sales training, product education, launch briefings, and opportunity-specific messaging
  • Ensure enablement materials reflect current product capabilities, approved positioning, customer evidence, and company strategy

Partner and Ecosystem Marketing

  • Lead product marketing strategy for strategic ecosystem partners, including ServiceNow, Avalara, AWS, and other technology and consulting partners
  • Develop joint value propositions, solution narratives, co-branded materials, integration messaging, and partner enablement resources
  • Support partner launches, co-selling initiatives, marketplace opportunities, and joint customer conversations
  • Align partner positioning with broader product, industry, and go-to-market strategies
  • Develop materials that help partners identify, qualify, position, and pursue Gotransverse opportunities
  • Collaborate with Partnerships and Sales teams on partner presentations, opportunity support, training, and strategic account initiatives
  • Ensure partner-facing content accurately reflects Gotransverse capabilities, differentiation, ideal customer profiles, and enterprise value

Website and Digital Product Strategy

  • Lead product page strategy, website messaging, solution architecture, and digital customer journeys
  • Develop scalable website structures supporting product education, industry solutions, partner integrations, and enterprise use cases
  • Ensure website content clearly communicates Gotransverse positioning, differentiation, customer value, and platform capabilities
  • Apply SEO, answer engine optimization, and generative engine optimization principles to product and solution content
  • Partner with internal and external teams on website enhancements, integration pages, resource centers, and product education experiences
  • Evaluate website performance and user behavior to improve content clarity, discoverability, engagement, and conversion pathways

Content Strategy and Editorial Leadership

  • Lead content strategy for product marketing, thought leadership, customer education, partner initiatives, and sales enablement
  • Develop and oversee blogs, solution briefs, case studies, white papers, newsletters, presentations, product pages, and executive communications
  • Maintain quality, consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across customer-facing content
  • Establish editorial standards, messaging guidelines, approval processes, and content governance practices
  • Turn product knowledge, customer outcomes, and market insights into compelling content for enterprise audiences
  • Develop scalable approaches for repurposing core narratives across web, sales, partner, executive, and social channels

Customer Evidence and Case Studies

  • Identify customer success stories that demonstrate Gotransverse value across industries and use cases
  • Lead customer interviews and develop case studies, testimonials, proof points, and outcome-based narratives
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to validate customer outcomes and secure approvals
  • Build a library of customer evidence supporting product positioning, competitive differentiation, partner initiatives, and sales opportunities
  • Incorporate customer outcomes into product launches, website content, sales materials, presentations, and executive communications

Executive Communications

  • Develop presentations, strategic narratives, product updates, launch communications, and market-facing materials for executive leadership
  • Provide clear recommendations on product positioning, competitive strategy, launch priorities, and market opportunities
  • Support executive participation in customer meetings, partner presentations, company events, and strategic sales opportunities
  • Translate complex product and market information into concise, decision-ready communications
  • Maintain alignment between executive messaging, product strategy, sales positioning, and customer-facing narratives

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as a strategic liaison across Marketing, Product, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives requiring coordinated messaging, launch planning, enablement, and market execution
  • Establish clear ownership, timelines, deliverables, and communication practices across product marketing programs
  • Mentor and guide contributors supporting product launches, messaging development, partner initiatives, and content creation
  • Build scalable playbooks, templates, governance structures, and frameworks that improve organizational consistency and readiness
  • Represent the customer, buyer, and market perspective in strategic planning and product discussions

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

  • Significant experience in product marketing, preferably within enterprise SaaS, billing, fintech, financial technology, revenue management, or complex business platforms
  • Demonstrated experience leading product launches and cross-functional go-to-market initiatives
  • Strong background in positioning technically complex products for business and executive audiences
  • Experience developing messaging for multiple buyer personas and members of enterprise buying committees
  • Proven ability to create sales enablement materials, competitive positioning, product content, and executive presentations
  • Experience supporting strategic technology partnerships, integrations, and joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software buying processes and complex sales environments
  • Exceptional writing, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work across technical, commercial, creative, and executive teams
  • Strong organizational judgment and the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to work from the Austin office two to three days per week
