We are Indeed Flex. We Help People Get Jobs. Right now, we’re hiring!
We are a tech-first staffing platform that gives workers the freedom to choose their own shifts and businesses the power to hire with a click. We are removing the friction from the traditional agency model and replacing it with speed, transparency, and choice.
We operate with the agility and energy of a high-growth scale-up, but we are backed by the stability and resources of Indeed - the world’s #1 job site. This gives us a unique advantage: the freedom to innovate at speed, with the muscle to dominate the market.
This is an in-office role, five days per week with the option to work from home on Thursdays.Â
The Role
As a Senior Recruiter, you will develop and execute strategies to attract, assess, and onboard high-quality Flexers across U.S. markets. This role goes beyond traditional recruitment. You will be a consultative partner to internal stakeholders, using market insight, recruitment data, AI interviews, and modern recruiting technology to build reliable worker pipelines for high-volume operational needs.
You will help determine whether a hiring challenge is driven by candidate volume, market conditions, pay, scheduling, onboarding friction, role requirements, client expectations, or worker experience. You will use that judgment to recommend the right recruitment approach, improve candidate conversion, and protect quality as the business scales.
This role requires autonomy, strong operational judgment, inclusive candidate communication, and confidence using AI-enabled recruiting workflows. You will help refine AI interview processes, improve screening criteria, and make sure automation supports better hiring decisions rather than replacing human judgment.Â

Quality, Data, and Continuous Improvement
- Assess candidates against role requirements, safety and compliance expectations, prior worker history, client standards, and post-hire quality signals.
