Job DetailsJob Location: Austin Subaru - Austin, TX 78757Position Type: Full TimeAustin Subaru is in need of a Service Support Clerk to help manage repair orders. The Service Support Clerk is responsible for creating, invoicing, booking, and closing repair orders. Previous experience is a plus but not a must. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greeting customers with a friendly, professional attitude Walk around inspections with Customer when the car is loaned out Coordinating loaner car transportation for customers Providing basic information and assistance in person and over the phone Performing accurate data entry into company systems Completing light filing and maintaining organized records Assisting the front desk or service team when needed Monitoring office supplies and notifying management when replenishment is needed Maintaining a clean and organized work area Supporting administrative projects or other tasks as assigned by management Qualifications: Professional appearance and demeanor at all times Punctuality in reporting to work Adaptive to change Strong work ethic Strong organizational skills Great verbal and written communication skills Computer literate Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered Hours: This is a full-time position 40 hours per week Compensation: Starting at $20 an hour CAG is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
