What We’re Looking For:

Interest in restoration, construction, or a related field
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
IICRC WRT/ASD certifications (Preferred)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Customer Service: Communicate with customers, explain the process, and provide top-tier service.
Water Mitigation: Operate drying and extraction equipment, and document everything clearly.
Light Demo: Remove non-structural elements like drywall, flooring, and fixtures
Emergency Response: Participate in our rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergency losses.

The Details:

Pay: $22–$27/hr + on-call bonuses
Schedule: Full-time, rotating emergency response coverage
