In This Role
- Manage IT tickets by troubleshooting basic issues, documenting solutions, and escalating complex problems to the IT teamÂ
- Follow established IT processes, suggest workflow improvements, and help create internal and user-facing documentationÂ
- Provide timely follow-ups with end users on open tickets and communicate resolutions to meet service level agreementsÂ
- Assist with the offboarding process by deactivating accounts, backing up data, and tracking company assetsÂ
- Help create and deploy system images for hardware setupsÂ
- Maintain and organize inventory records for IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software licensesÂ
- Track and document the lifecycle of IT equipmentÂ
- Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldÂ
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, exposure to Microsoft Azure is a plusÂ
- Familiarity with imaging tools and inventory management softwareÂ
