Summary of Role:

The Revenue Operations Manager is part of the Finance and Operations team and is responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of the revenue outlook for assigned accounts.  The goal is to achieve maximum revenue through data analysis and risk mitigation.  This position is located in Austin, TX.

Essential Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive process and perform analysis of client forecasting, ordering rates, and commercial signals to create accurate judged forecasts with inputs from Sales and Business Units.
  • Performance analysis of forecasting, actual revenue attainment, and backlog attainment.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and fab to ensure the necessary capacity to achieve revenue goals.
  • Proactively identify risks to revenue plan and drive actions to mitigate those risks.
  • Collaborate with commercial, supply chain, and finance teams to address fulfillment issues and solve complex problems with long-term solutions.
  • Communicate current revenue projections clearly and effectively to Business Units, Finance, and Upper Management.
  • Provide business analysis support and work on special projects as needed to fulfill customer requirements.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or University in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Highly Motivated, proactive, and self-sufficient
  • Effective communicator with strong presentation skills
  • Ability to independently interface with internal support teams and be recognized as a team player
  • Availability for phone calls with global sites at odd hours
  • Project management skills including the ability to innovate and execute solutions and navigate ambiguity
  • Hybrid remote and in-office work arrangement
  • Fluency in English (written & verbal)
  • Minimal travel required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of the semiconductor industry
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerBI
  • Experience with D365

Expected Salary Range

$66,800.00 - $120,700.00
