Job Description

As a Marketing Associate at Skillbridge Academy, you will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives designed to strengthen brand awareness, attract new customers, and support business growth.

You will work closely with team members across different areas of the organization, helping coordinate campaigns, evaluate results, identify opportunities, and ensure marketing activities are executed effectively and professionally.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, communicative, and eager to develop a strong career in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Support customer acquisition and brand awareness strategies.
• Help coordinate marketing projects from initial planning through completion.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with preparing marketing materials, presentations, and campaign communications.
• Track campaign performance and help organize key marketing data.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to support company objectives.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing activities.
• Contribute ideas for improving campaigns and customer engagement.
• Support day-to-day marketing operations and special projects.
