Description

Camelot is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to ensure our clients' building remains safe, functional, and welcoming by supporting daily operations, assisting our lead technician, and delivering exceptional service to staff and tenants.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional customer service.
  • Managing service tickets (opening, assigned/completed/closed)
  • Set up and tear down rooms for meetings and events.
  • Perform daily building walks to check safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
  • Inspect and complete minor equipment repairs.
  • Report and relay issues to the lead technician for vendor or engineer support.
  • Assist with vendor coordination and work order tracking.
  • Support internal teams with office and event needs (printing, posting, decorating).
  • Help upkeep of common areas.
  • Assist with basic inventory management of supplies and tools.
  • Other duties as needed


Requirements

Skills & Knowledge

• Basic computer literacy for work orders, email, and inventory systems.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve minor equipment or system issues.

• Time management for balancing daily tasks and emergencies.

• Safety awareness, with knowledge of basic OSHA and building-specific safety protocols (top priority).
