As a Group Fitness Instructor / Senior Fitness Instructor, you’ll lead engaging, high-energy classes tailored for adults of all ages, including active older adults, motivating, inspiring, and transforming lives through safe, effective programming.

What You’ll DoÂ
- Lead safe, creative, and effective group fitness sessions for diverse participantsÂ
- Design classes that are engaging, challenging, and adaptable for all levelsÂ
- Motivate clients with energy, coaching, and positive reinforcementÂ
- Modify exercises to accommodate limitations and ensure safetyÂ
- Manage class flow, timing, and group engagementÂ
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and brand representationÂ

What You Bring
- Experience with Senior Fitness Classes, desired Silver Sneakers Program Experience and/or Certifications.Â
- Experience in Senior Living Facilities.Â
- Certified Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA, ACE, NASM, or equivalent)Â
- CPR/AED certified (required)Â
- 1+ year experience leading group classes or small-group trainingÂ
- Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skillsÂ
- Understanding of exercise science, safety, and form correctionÂ
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s licenseÂ
- Positive energy and passion for helping people reach their goalsÂ
