Teller – Lakeway |Location: 1603 Ranch Rd 620 S, Lakeway, TX 78734 |Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM -5:45 PM and rotating Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM | Starting Pay: $41,600 per year | FLSA Status: NonexemptÂ

What You'll DoÂ
Member Service & TransactionsÂ
- Provide accurate, courteous, and prompt service to members in person and by phoneÂ
- Assist members with account inquiries, balances, and general informationÂ
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash advances, and other account transactionsÂ
- Issue teller checks, cashier checks, and other member-requested itemsÂ
- Balance your cash drawer daily and maintain transaction accuracyÂ
Account SupportÂ
- Open new accounts for existing members, ensuring full disclosure of products and feesÂ
- Close accounts following proper procedures and verificationÂ
- Monitor for potential check and identity scams to protect members and the credit unionÂ
Branch OperationsÂ
- Support branch management and assist with coin counter transactionsÂ
- Complete assigned training sessions and stay current on policies and proceduresÂ
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with all credit union policiesÂ
- Provide support at nearby branch locations when business needs require itÂ
RequirementsÂ
What You BringÂ
- High school diploma or equivalent requiredÂ
- 6+ months of experience in customer service, cash handling, or bankingÂ
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactionsÂ
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environmentÂ
- Basic proficiency with computers and office software; experience with financial systems a plusÂ
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to providing exceptional member serviceÂ
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, procedures, and member needsÂ
- Flexibility to work at nearby branches as neededÂ
Preferred ExperienceÂ
- Prior credit union or financial institution experienceÂ
- Experience with Symitar/Episys or similar financial systemsÂ
