As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Quality Control Inspector  in a full-time role.

The Quality Control (QC) Inspector is responsible for quality control testing of packaging materials and finished products to ensure their conformity to defined specifications and standards. 


RESPONSABILITIES

  • Sampling and testing of incoming packaging materials and finished goods in accordance with written procedures
  • Inspects in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to production team.
  • Perform daily standardizations and equipment performance checks
  • Maintain records and data associated with testing. 
  • Perform calibrations and calibration verifications.
  • Utilize instrumentation and techniques such as Torque meter, vacuum testing, dimensional analysis.
  • Able to read drawings.
  • Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate degree or higher preferred with approximately 2-3 years of relevant quality control experience, in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiarity with  Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability
  • Strong attention to detail
