Mgr., Eng Mgr., SR Mgr., Eng. Qualifications Good mechanical, pneumatic and electrical skills Understanding of Robotics and Programmable Logic Controllers Strong Electrical safety practices Complete understanding of 6-8 axis servo-controlled robots both mechanical and electrical Basic understanding of HVAC Proven troubleshooting skills Basic Communication skills To ensure the integrity of the welding process, Improve, maintain, and ensure the highest level of equipment capabilities Demonstrate skill and ability for operating robotic and automated welding equipment Familiarity with PLC operations and interfaces Good troubleshooting skills of robotic controls, weld controls, and various electrical equipment Familiar with various types of software used in robotic programming, with the ability to back up and maintain robotic programs Leadership Model proper associate conduct and work ethic Ensure compliance with all safety procedures         Service Uphold quality standards, production standards, and proper work attitude with all ATA associates. Prioritize work activities to meet deadlines and maintain production efficiency.     Operations Maintain proper support team environment Maintain knowledge of machine functions Support all production areas with technical skill sets Evaluate and correct machinery problems Minimize productive down time Perform P.M. activities Install and remove mechanical and electrical devices Evaluate specific machinery and trouble shoot repair procedures Handle electrical testing procedures Comprehend robotic programming systems and their functionality Assess and trouble shoot robotic software Other duties assigned by Technical Coordinator Perform initial fixture set-ups and corresponding modifications as prescribed by Engineering, Quality, and       Customer Perform initial set-up and welding adjustments on automatic and manual welding equipment Develop and maintain documents concerning all welding process controls Implement, document and maintain history of all necessary robotic program changes, PLC interface(s), with       robot(s), and fixtures(s) Maintain knowledge on past process parameters, process changes, and corresponding materials to       provide technical expertise for all areas needed Assist in all corrective actions and new implementations of Continuous Improvement activities, Kaizen, and       Cycle time reduction Must be available to work Overtime & weekends scheduled by Engineering Asst. Mgr, Engineering Mgr. Other duties assigned by Tech Support Team Leader, Maintenance Coordinator, Engineering Asst. Mgr.            Engineering Mgr.
