As a Customer Service Representative, you are at the center of it all, helping customers, solving problems, and keeping everything running smoothly. As a key part of the team, you play an important role in every customer experience. You take pride in helping people, staying organized, and responding quickly with professionalism.聽Each interaction, whether by phone, email, or message, reflects our commitment to service. If you enjoy solving problems, building trust, and representing a strong local company, you will make an impact here.This position can be based out of either our Austin or Lockhart location.
You Will Be Trusted To:
- Accurately enter tickets, purchase orders, and customer data
- Communicate clearly with customers, builders, and team members
- Solve problems in real time while following company policies
- Identify whether issues are internal or involve third parties or trades
- Explain solutions clearly while protecting customer trust and company interests
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience in a professional or related environment
- Typing 50 to 60 words per minute with strong data entry accuracy
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Dependable with strong attendance and ability to follow processes
- Reliable transportation; this is an on-site role
路 Experience in home services or related industries such as garage doors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or auto parts
路 Familiarity with scheduling or dispatch systems
路 Experience supporting field service teams
路 Knowledge of garage door products and services
