You Will Be Trusted To:
  • Accurately enter tickets, purchase orders, and customer data
  • Communicate clearly with customers, builders, and team members
  • Solve problems in real time while following company policies
  • Identify whether issues are internal or involve third parties or trades
  • Explain solutions clearly while protecting customer trust and company interests
You Qualify With:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of customer service experience in a professional or related environment
  • Typing 50 to 60 words per minute with strong data entry accuracy
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Dependable with strong attendance and ability to follow processes
  • Reliable transportation; this is an on-site role
Additional Success Factors:
路 Experience in home services or related industries such as garage doors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or auto parts
路 Familiarity with scheduling or dispatch systems
路 Experience supporting field service teams
路 Knowledge of garage door products and services
