Software Developer 3

Job Duties: Design, develop, troubleshoot and/or test/QA software. As a member of the software engineering division, apply knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and/or suggest improvements to the architecture. May telecommute. (385.34722)

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation.

Position requires:

• Driving feature design reviews, documentation, UX reviews, and working with Product Managers through entire launch process;
• Development in OO languages including Java, C++, or C#;
• Data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems;
• Networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP) and standard network architectures;
• Databases, NoSQL systems, storage and distributed persistence technologies.
