Cadence Design Systems is seeking a motivated engineer to join the Modus Test R&D team focused on Design For Test (DFT) and Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG) software.
The role involves developing reliable, scalable software tools in C/C++ and setting up scripts for tool deployment.
Candidates should have experience with C/C++ coding, Unix systems, and a solid understanding of algorithms and computer architecture.
A Master's or PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required, along with experience in VLSI and/or DFT/ATPG.
The salary for this position is competitive, and the ideal candidate should have relevant experience in the field.

Cadence Design Systems is looking for a highly motivated engineer to work with the Modus Test R&D team working on Design For Test (DFT) and Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG) Software.

The Role includes:

Work as a team to build reliable, scalable and high performance software that are easy to use by engineers worldwide
Develop software tools in C/C++ to support DFT/ATPG
Set up scripts to deploy tool flows

Preferred Skills Include:

Verbal and written communications skills for technical topics.
Expertise working with Unix systems, especially Linux.
Good understanding of algorithms, computer architecture and computer science theory
Experience in VLSI and/or DFT/ATPG.

Requirements:

MS/PhD studying in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar
Experience with C/C++ coding and scripting
