KRUSH Tech is a new technology company building advanced hardware solutions for defense, aerospace, communications, and autonomous systems. We're launching our U.S. operations from the ground up — and this is a rare opportunity to join at the very beginning and help shape the company from day one.

At KRUSH Tech, we combine the agility of a startup with the ambition to tackle some of the industry's most demanding engineering challenges. Our teams work across disciplines—including RF, embedded systems, electronics, mechanical engineering, software, manufacturing, and supply chain—to transform innovative ideas into reliable, production-ready solutions. We are building a next-generation, vertically integrated aerospace organization focused on advanced uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS), autonomy, sensing technologies, and scalable manufacturing — for the U.S. market and strategic partners.

We are looking for a Site Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Austin and lead supply chain operations at our manufacturing site, ensuring the efficient planning, sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and material flow required to support product development and high-volume production. This role develops and executes supply chain strategies that improve operational performance, strengthen supplier partnerships, mitigate risk, and support on-time delivery of mission-critical products. Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Program Management, the Site Supply Chain Manager plays a key role in supporting new product introduction (NPI), production readiness, and continuous operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all site supply chain activities, including procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier performance to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies that improve cost, quality, delivery performance, resilience, and operational efficiency while supporting business growth.
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Program Management, and Finance to support new product introduction (NPI), production ramp-up, and lifecycle management.
  • Evaluate customer and supplier agreements to identify supply chain requirements, operational risks, and commercial considerations that support successful program execution.
  • Lead material planning, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and cost-control initiatives to improve operational performance and working capital.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders while driving supplier development, performance improvement, and risk mitigation.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the site Supply Chain team while establishing KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or another related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management or a related field, including leadership of teams and functions.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain methods, systems, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Deep expertise in warehouse operations, purchasing, supply chain, and materials management.
  • Strong experience with supplier management, issue escalation, KPI performance tracking, cash flow improvement, and material flow optimization.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Health Care Plan
  • Retirement Plan
  • Paid Time Off
  • Family Leave
  • Free Food & Snacks
