Sonic Summary

info
  • The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for overseeing the ramp accountability for Loan Originators from their first day until they reach full productivity.
  • This role requires 3–5+ years of experience in private or consumer lending, mortgage, or sales enablement/operations, ideally supporting Loan Originators.
  • Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a ramp dashboard, managing lead routing, and ensuring effective communication with Sales Managers.
  • The position is full-time, with expected work hours from Monday to Friday, and a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
  • Success is measured through ramp-milestone attainment, dashboard adoption, lead response times, and consistency in training new hires.

Description

The Sales Enablement Manager owns ramp accountability end to end for every Loan Originator, from their first day through full productivity, even though each producer reports to a Sales Manager for day-to-day people management. This is a systems and program role, not a people-management one: you build and own the ramp dashboard, the milestone framework, the data on which candidate profiles actually succeed, and the lead-optimization and follow-up systems that keep the whole pipeline moving. Sales Managers execute the ramp day to day; you're the one who can tell leadership, at any moment, exactly where every producer and, ultimately, every lead stands.

What you will do:

  • Own the ramp plan and status for every producer and be the single point of contact for “am I on track.”
  • Flag an at-risk new hire to their Sales Manager early — before it becomes a resignation, not after.
  • Run a structured handoff at the end of each new hire's ramp period so heightened tracking tapers off deliberately.
  • Build and maintain a live, trusted dashboard covering certifications passed, first meeting booked, first opportunity created, first deal closed, and quota ramp %.
  • Replace the by-hand weekly report with automated reporting Sales Managers and leadership actually trust.
  • Own the data and analysis on which candidate profiles actually succeed and feed it back into recruiting and into each Sales Manager's hiring decisions.
  • Own lead routing, prioritization, and follow-up cadence across the CRM and dialer stack (e.g., HubSpot, LendingWise, Aircall) so no lead goes stale.
  • Build and enforce follow-up playbooks and SLAs; monitor response times and conversion by rep and pipeline stage.
  • Design and maintain the 30/60/90/120/180-day milestone framework that Sales Managers execute against and the Corporate Trainer certifies within.
  • Provide the logging system Sales Managers use for check-ins, and the cadence/process behind deal and call reviews.

  How Success Is Measured:

  • Ramp-milestone attainment across all producers, and how early at-risk hires are flagged.
  • Dashboard adoption and trust — measured directly in the next leadership diagnostic.
  • Improved lead response time and lead-to-opportunity conversion.
  • Reduced spread in how consistently new hires are trained and certified across pods.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in private or consumer lending, mortgage, or sales enablement/operations, ideally supporting a Loan Originator or originator population.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and dialer platforms (e.g., HubSpot, a loan origination system such as LendingWise, Aircall or similar).
  • A track record designing ramp scorecards, dashboards, or milestone frameworks from scratch.
  • A data-oriented approach: comfortable building and reading dashboards, and diagnosing where a process — not an individual rep — is breaking down.
  • Strong cross-functional communication — you drive accountability through Sales Managers, not around them.
