As the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets, you will play a crucial role in creating an inviting and efficient environment. ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Greet pet owners as they arrive
- Check in pets for their appointments
- Collect and confirm pet and owner information
- Answer phones
- Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments
- Process paymentsÂ
- Other administrative duties, as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective and empathetic communication with clients
- Comfortable working with a variety of animals
- Detail-oriented and skilled in verbal and written communication
- Spanish-Speaking and Fear Free certification is a bonus!
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
