Content Creation & Strategy:
Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation including user guides, API documentation, integration guides, and best practice content
Write and refine UX copy, including UI strings, error messages, tooltips, onboarding flows, and other in-product microcopy
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to understand features and translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content
Partner with UX Designers to craft interface text that enhances usability and aligns with our product voice
Develop content that serves diverse enterprise audiences in the field of cybersecurity, ranging from IT administrators and CISOs to SOC team analysts and threat hunters
Contribute to content strategy and information architecture decisions across documentation and product interfaces
AI-Augmented Workflows:
Leverage AI-assisted writing tools to increase productivity and content quality
Experiment with and adopt emerging AI technologies for documentation and UX writing workflows
Help establish best practices for AI-augmented content creation within the team
Balance AI assistance with human expertise to maintain quality and accuracy
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with UX Designers in Figma to review, write, and iterate on UI strings and microcopy
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to gather information and validate technical accuracy
Participate in design reviews and provide content design input early in the product development process
Build consensus across teams to solve documentation and UX content challenges
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Process & Tools:
Work within modern docs-as-code workflows using version control (Git/GitHub)
Use Figma to collaborate with UX Designers and update UI strings directly in design files
Contribute to documentation standards, UX writing guidelines, and team processes
Embrace new tools and technologies with an open, experimental mindset
Quality & Consistency:
Ensure documentation and UX copy meet quality standards and follow established style guidelines
Review and edit content created by other team members or contributors
Identify opportunities to improve documentation structure, findability, and user experience
Advocate for clarity and consistency in product language across all touchpoints
Maintain documentation accuracy through regular reviews and updates
Required Qualifications:
Writing & Communication:
Exceptional writing ability—clear, concise, and precise technical writing skills with ability to make complex topics accessible
Strong UX writing sensibility—understanding of how microcopy impacts user experience and product usability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong ability to structure information logically and create effective user flows
Experience writing for technical audiences (developers, IT administrators, security professionals)
Technical Aptitude:
High tech savviness—comfortable with computers and technology at a fundamental level; natural troubleshooter who understands systems thinking
Ability to quickly learn complex technical products and features

AI & Modern Workflows:
Genuine enthusiasm for AI-assisted workflows—experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) for writing and research
Open-minded approach to emerging technologies and willingness to experiment
