Position: Weekend Customs Assembler

Pay rate: $18.00/hr

Filterbuy, a leader in the air quality and manufacturing world, is seeking Customs Assemblers. The Assemblers

purpose is to ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. You will use your hands to do the

job with great precision.

You must possess great manual dexterity. The ability to follow instructions with precision is extremely important.

The goal is to produce air filters at a consistent rate by putting together various components.

This role will report to the Shipping Supervisor in Ogden, UT. Monday through Thursday, 10 hours shifts.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

? Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures.

? Meet the production targets and deadlines during shift.

? Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process.

? Take precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of components.

? Align material and put together parts to build air filters.

? Check output to ensure the highest quality (ensuring that products are assembled correctly and

meet quality standards).

? Maintain equipment in good condition.

? Keep records of production quantities.

? Report on issues, malfunction, or defective parts.

? Working collaboratively with other members.

? Continuously improving skills and knowledge of assembly processes.

? Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements and skills:

? Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly line work preferred.

? Ability to use tools and machines.

? Good understanding of quality control principles.

? Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

? Excellent time-management skills.

? Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

? Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear).

? Attention to detail.

? Teamwork and communication skills.

? Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

? Prolonged periods sitting (10-hr shifts) and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent

grasping, reaching, twisting, and pivoting.

? Consistently stretch/ reach with both hands and arms.

? Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble

parts and components.

? Frequent standing, walking, and bending.

? The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
