Job DetailsJob Location: Fontainebleau Development LLC - Aventura, FL 33180Mid-Level Interior Designer We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Interior Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our design team.   The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, excellent technical skills, and the ability to take projects from concept development through documentation and installation. Experience in hospitality design is strongly preferred.   Qualifications 3–5 years of professional interior design experience Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is required Strong space planning and furniture layout skills Experience developing design concepts, presentations, and finish/material selections Ability to produce and review detailed construction drawings Knowledge of FF&E, specifications, and vendor coordination Ability to work on multiple projects and manage deadlines Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Comfortable collaborating with designers, architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or luxury residential experience preferred   Responsibilities Assist with and develop interior design concepts Prepare floor plans, furniture plans, elevations, and design details Create 3D models and presentations in SketchUp Produce and coordinate AutoCAD drawing packages Research and source furniture, lighting, finishes, materials, and accessories Coordinate with vendors and consultants Review shop drawings and submittals Assist with project installations and site coordination as needed Maintain project schedules and design documentation   We are looking for someone who is creative, technically strong, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while being a collaborative member of the design team.
