What You'll Do

  • Respond to call lights and assist residents promptly
  • Support daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and meals
  • Turn and reposition residents to maintain comfort and safety
  • Monitor and document intake/output as needed
  • Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff
  • Build positive, respectful relationships with residents
