What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage and order medications, equipment, and supplies

• Administer treatments and medications per physician orders

• Monitor residents and communicate changes to doctors and families

• Perform skilled nursing tasks like tube feedings, suction, dressing changes, catheterization, and more

• Keep a close eye on residents who require critical care

• Be an advocate for your patients-ensuring care aligns with their personal wishes and care plans

• Accurately document everything in a timely, professional manner

What You Bring:

• Active RN license in good standing

• Solid communication and critical thinking skills

• A desire to learn and stay up to date on SNF regulations

• A passion for caring for our geriatric population
