Assist the B2B Sales Department with their mission to expand the program and to achieve incremental sales growth through business transactions by executing the order management processes. The B2B Export Order Management Specialist manages the end to end sales order process. They are responsible for ensuring B2B orders are filled on time in full.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
- Process B2B Sales orders from quote to invoice
- Partner with B2B Sales Team to ensure optimal fullfillment of all sales orders
- Ensure accuracy of orders; imperative for sales order system to feed correctly into workflow for inventory.
- Manage end to end order fullfillment process for assigned orders
- Engages with B2B members as needed to take orders and coordinate fullfillment of orders
- Coordinates fulfillment of orders operations teams, transportation, and sales teams
Requirements
- Must be detail oriented, possess excellent organizational and communication skills and have the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- 1-3 years’ experience in sales operations, sales, or sales support is required
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Strong knowledge in sales programs and quote to order processes
- Prior high-level experience with SAP systems is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically while executing tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and aptitude for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Ability to work cross functionally throughout the entire organization to achieve results.
- Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
