This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced dealership environment. The Lot Attendant plays an important role in keeping the dealership organized, clean, and running smoothly. This person helps maintain the appearance of the lot, moves vehicles as needed, assists with inventory, and supports the sales and service departments throughout the day. Responsibilities include: Maintain the appearance and organization of the vehicle lot Move, park, and arrange vehicles safely throughout the dealership Keep new and used vehicles clean, presentable, and ready for customers Assist with vehicle check-ins and inventory organization Fuel vehicles as needed Help prepare vehicles for customer delivery Support the sales and service departments with daily tasks Keep the lot, showroom area, and vehicle display areas neat and professional Assist with snow removal or general lot clean-up when needed Follow all dealership safety procedures Qualifications: Valid driver’s license required Clean driving record preferred Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles is a plus Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed Previous dealership or lot attendant experience is helpful, but not required What we offer: Competitive pay based on experience Full-time opportunity Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) options Employee discounts Training and growth opportunities Supportive team environment within a growing automotive group Bob Johnson CDJR Avon is part of Bob Johnson Auto Group, one of the largest automotive groups in the region.
