About the Role:
Moffatt & Raymond Landscaping Inc is looking for a hardworking and dependable Mowing Crew member to join their team in Avon, CT! This is a great opportunity to work outdoors, build your landscaping skills, and be part of a crew that takes pride in delivering beautiful results for every client.
Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial mowers and lawn care equipment to maintain residential and commercial properties
- Perform precise edging, trimming, and blowing to ensure clean, polished results
- Follow daily job schedules and travel between job sites efficiently as part of a crew
- Maintain and inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper working condition
- Uphold quality standards on every lawn by paying close attention to detail
- Work safely and follow all company safety protocols on the job site
Requirements:
- Prior experience in lawn care, mowing, or landscaping is a plus but not required
- Ability to operate commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Pass Pre Employment Drug Screen
