Part Time Server - Colletta

Step in to something new and make it your own! Colletta is bringing a fresh dining experience to The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa and we're looking for Part-Time Servers who know great service starts with genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and a strong connection with every guest. You'll be part of a brand-new restaurant from the ground up, working alongside a team focused on creating an experience guests will want to come back for. What You'll Do Includes:

• Deliver polished, attentive service from greeting through farewell.
• Guide guests through food, beverage, and daily menu selections with confidence.
• Anticipate needs, personalize service, and respond quickly to guest requests.
• Manage multiple tables and priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency during busy periods.
• Build genuine guest connections that turn a great meal into a memorable experience.
• Communicate and coordinate with the team to keep service running smoothly.
• Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism, good judgment, and a solutions-focused approach.

Location: Colletta at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $15.16 / hour + tips

Employment Type: Part Time, Year Round

Schedule: 3:00pm - 11:00pm, shifts include weekends and holidays

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in F&B preferred but not required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
• Passion for food and beverage
• Passion for Hospitality
